Anchor was established by Alison Hogan in 2003. Our aim has been to work in partnership with a small number of highly experienced, independent practitioners and independent-minded clients who share the belief that individuals, teams and organisations grow through continuous learning and a willingness to embrace change with optimism.
At the heart of Anchor's work is the recognition of the impact of behaviours on business performance and that, for sustained, positive change to happen, people must own the change, not have it imposed upon them.
Taking a whole systems approach, we work with our clients to design specific, measurable interventions to meet their particular requirements, drawing on our experience in communication, organisational change, psychology and transformational coaching.
