Alison Hogan

Managing Partner
Alison works collaboratively with individual leaders and groups, supporting them to strengthen their effectiveness and resilience as they navigate their way through challenging, fast changing environments. Blending consultancy, coaching and facilitation, she offers bespoke programmes designed to enhance organisational performance.

Prior to establishing Anchor in 2003, Alison was a corporate communications adviser and worked for over 20 years with business leaders from global corporations to independent entrepreneurs, particularly through periods of radical change. She was with Unilever, Brunswick, Valin Pollen and, before moving into consultancy, was a journalist at the Financial Times. She has experience across a number of sectors including financial services, retail, technology and healthcare. Recent clients have included, Generali Group Innovation Academy, 3i, DiabetesUK, Institute of Education, HBOS, Reuters, Johnson & Johnson and Which?.

Alison is a Fellow of the University of Exeter, Centre for Leadership Studies; a graduate of the Gestalt International Organisation and Systems Development Programme, was guest faculty for the module in Singapore 2007 and also is trained in the Cape Cod Model of the Gestalt International Study Centre. She has a Diploma in Coaching Mastery and is an Associated Certified Coach of the International Coaching Federation. Alison is qualified to administer Myers Briggs Step 1 and the Hogan Assessment Suite. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
