Make Choices: a time to act; to agree and implement a practical plan with milestones to measure progress.
Assessment: a time for reflection; to pause and take stock. On completion of a project or business cycle. Ahead of a promotion or transition to a new role or organisational structure. After a performance appraisal.
Take responsibility: a time to make a commitment to the next development goal and to harness the resources required to succeed. Own the need for change; be clear on the desired outcomes and commit to adjust behaviours accordingly.
