Sue Holland

Partner
Sue has been a leadership coach and facilitator of change in organizations for over 20 years, with Unilever and then since 1998 operating as an independent agent working alone and interdependently with other people who have a shared sense of purpose and values. Her experience ranges across many industry sectors: venture capital, TV, retail, manufacturing, IT and a number of governmental organizations. Most recent clients include Yahoo!, Medical Research Council, PepsiCo, Unilever and Directgov. Sue also leads the south west Sadler Heath community, an organization established to support people who want to take responsibility for their own long-term personal development and thought leadership by working together with like-minded people in a safe and supportive environment.

Sue holds a PhD from Edinburgh University and a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching. She continues to build both her coaching and facilitation capability and credentials through a self-directed programme of continued professional development. Sue is qualified to administer MBTI (step 1 and 2), Harthill Leadership Framework and the Hay Inventory of Leadership Styles (EQ).

When not working, Sue enjoys time at home in Devon with her family (2 boys and 1 husband). Together they indulge in various activities – walking, badminton, cycling, Orc hunting, travel and camping. More recently, through her experience of supporting and caring for ageing parents, Sue has been drawn to some community-based activities; working as both a Young Enterprise business mentor in the local college and seeking to establish a support-network locally, to work with couples where one partner has been diagnosed with dementia.
